UAB SSPC is a holding company managing companies owing real estate. It organizes construction of new shopping centres and reconstruction of old buildings adapting them for business needs. The company buys land suitable for commercial, industrial and warehousing activities. Now the general area of all buildings belonging to this company is more than 170 000 m2. Most of them are being leased to the other companies of Senukai association, the others to trading and service companies in Lithuania.
UAB SSPC and its real estate development team are engaged in analysis of parcels of land and building suitability and adaptability, buying, selling, leasing and management.
